workbench migration error (no replies)

HELP! Been working thru this issue for 3 or 4 days and have been going in circles.

We are looking at converting our MS Sql database to MySql. I am trying to use the Migration Tool.

when I choose Database -> Migration Wizard start Migration, I get a Dependency Warning "Could not import the pyodbc python module"....

I have confirmed that pyOdbc is installed (5.0.1) using pip list


when i go past the waring to the screen to select the dsn for my MS SQL db I get an error "an error occured while retrieving values for option dsn.... DbMssqlRE.getDataSourceNames

Any help would be appreciated
